Antonia Montoya

Love, Remember, Forever Remember loved ones never leave, They are forever near, For their love lives on in memories our hearts hold dear. At age 76, Antonia went peacefully to be with our Lord ,surrounded by Love from her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren sisters and nieces. Antonia was born in Texas migrating to other states as a child with her parents, settling in Ohio and going back to Texas where she married and once again moving around and settling in Illinois for numerous years, she then moved one last time to Danville Illinois. Antonia was a very loving mother, kind hearted, respectful, reserved individual. She loved to talk and you were not able to get in a word without interrupting her. Her conversation never had a period. When she learned to drive there was no stopping her. She started working and never stopped till retirement. She loved to dress up and look fancy. For many years she served the Lord. Antonia was always a person who loved to save money and started shopping at the thrift stores where she found items for everyone, she could not come and visit without bringing her goodies as she would called them. She had love to go around and around. She had everyone in her heart and forgot no one. If she knew you were traveling she would take you up on the offer to visit family every opportunity she could get. She loved going to Nuevo Progresso, Mexico. When her Brother in law “ Chino” would take her and her sisters and other family members to "The boarder "we called it ,she was always ready and had her shopping bag ready to fill up. Antonia found out she had advanced cancer and it gave her and us very little time to understand, absorb, care for her. She got to see her daughters, son and grandchildren in action but in the end she was tired and exhausted and the Lord said “My child you have done your deed on this Earth I will take care of you now”. Preceded in death by parents Natividad Uballe, Sanjuana Anez, sons Jesse Allen, James T. Hernandez, Sister Janie Uballe, brothers Santiago Uballe, Raynaldo Uballe and first husband Trinidad Hernandez. Survived by Children Juanita Hernandez(Federico Mancera),Joanne Perez(Arnulfo Perez),(Esperanza Hernandez)Joseph R. Hernandez(Maryann Garcia), John R. Hernandez, Jessica R. Hernandez( Ernesto Aguilar), 32 Grandkids, 39 Great Grandkids and 1 Great great grandson Mateo S. F.
